- Full-time, Night shift (12-hour shifts)
Key Responsibilities
- Provide specialized emergency care to patients in the ER setting.
- Monitor and assess patient conditions, administering treatments as needed.
- Collaborate with medical team to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare standards and hospital protocols.
- Document patient care and treatment thoroughly and accurately.
- Float within hospital departments as required to meet operational needs.
Required Qualifications
- Valid PA license or Compact license.
- Minimum of 2 years of emergency department experience.
- Current certifications in ACLS, PALS, BLS, NIHSS, CPI/CCM.
- COVID-19 vaccination and booster status required.
- Ability to work 3x12 night shifts including holidays and weekends.
- Pass health screening and background checks per hospital policy.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience working with patient ratios of approximately 4-5:1.
- References from current or previous supervisors.
- Flexibility to float within the hospital.
- Familiarity with hospital documentation modules (non-billable).
