Job Title
• Registered Nurse - LTC/SNF

• Berlin, VT
Schedule / Job Type
• Days shift, full-time, 12-hour shifts
Key Responsibilities
• Provide high-quality nursing care in a Long-Term Care/Skilled Nursing Facility setting
• Float to other units as needed, working with dementia patients and diverse populations
• Maintain compliance with all facility protocols and patient care standards
• Work a minimum of two out of four holidays, including Thanksgiving, Christmas, Christmas Eve, and New Year’s Day
• Participate in bi-weekly orientations and ensure all employment history is complete and accurate
Required Qualifications
• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Vermont
• BLS certification through American Heart Association (AHA)
• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience, including LTC experience
• Prior travel nursing experience preferred
• Must be comfortable working with dementia patients and floating between units
Preferred Experience / Skills
• Experience working in a Skilled Nursing Facility or LTC setting
• Ability to work independently and adapt to diverse patient needs
• Reliable transportation with all-season or snow tires during winter months
