- Full-time, Day shift, 4 days per week, 10-hour shifts
Key Responsibilities
- Provide specialized nursing care in the Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory focused on diagnostic and interventional procedures.
- Assist with procedures related to Coronary Artery Disease, Peripheral Vascular Disease, and Cardiac Arrhythmias.
- Support the lab team during coronary and peripheral interventions, including pacemaker placements.
- Ensure procedural and patient safety, adhering to certification and hospital policies.
- Document patient information accurately using the Epic charting system.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and float within hospital or nearby facilities as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Active California Registered Nurse license.
- BLS and ACLS certifications.
- ARRT or Fluoroscopy Permit (willing to consider candidates pending fluoroscopy permit with application submitted).
- Minimum of 2 years of recent experience in a Cath Lab or similar setting.
- Ability to work major holidays and to work on-call shifts.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience with Epic electronic charting system.
- Prior experience in a high-volume acute care hospital.
- Flexibility to float between facilities and handle a block schedule.
