Key Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients according to treatment plans.
• Complete documentation accurately and timely in accordance with facility and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Maintain active licensure and comply with all credentialing requirements.
• Work effectively during assigned shifts to meet patient care goals.

Required Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist license in the state of Washington.
• Experience in setting up and using required equipment.
• Ability to complete documentation as required by the client and regulatory agencies.
• Compliance with credentialing requirements.
• Availability to start on scheduled date.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous experience in a hospital or outpatient setting.
• Familiarity with ATI documentation requirements.
• Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments.
