Key Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy services to patients in a clinical setting
- Complete required documentation and coordinate with ATI prior to start
- Adhere to treatment plans and maintain accurate patient records
- Ensure compliance with licensing and facility requirements
Required Qualifications
- Active physical therapy license
- Experience in setting up and administering therapy treatments
- Availability to start on 12/1
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous travel or permanent experience with ATI or similar facilities
- Knowledge of credentialing processes and documentation
