Job Title
- Registered Nurse - IMC/PCU/Stepdown

Schedule / Job Type
- Full-time, Nights, 3 shifts per week
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in a stepdown, PCU, or IMC setting, including monitoring and managing patient conditions.
- Float between different units within the organization as needed to meet staffing requirements.
- Work rotating weeknights and weekends, including holidays, to ensure continuous patient coverage.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Utilize electronic health records for documentation and communication of patient progress.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Ohio or appropriate compact license.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in PCU or Med-Surg units.
- ACLS, BLS, and NIH certifications required.
- Experience with EPIC electronic health record system.
- Ability to float to various units as needed.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous travel nursing experience preferred.
- Strong assessment and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
