Registered Nurse Labor and Delivery
Job Title

- Full-time, contract, night shift (3x12 hours)
Key Responsibilities
- Provide labor and delivery nursing care to obstetric patients.
- Monitor fetal and maternal vital signs, perform assessments, and document clinical data.
- Administer medications and IV treatments as prescribed.
- Utilize EPIC electronic health records system for documentation.
- Assist with childbirth procedures and postpartum patient care.
- Comply with all hospital policies and safety protocols.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of labor and delivery nursing experience.
- Valid compact or state RN license in hand at the time of submission.
- Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NRP, C-EFM or AWHONN (NCC C-EFM acceptable in lieu of AWHONN).
- Skills in IV starts and labor and delivery procedures.
- Experience with EPIC electronic health records system.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous travel nursing experience.
- Ability to float to different units as needed.
- Experience with Ohio healthcare facilities preferred.

Additional Notes
- STRICT compliance with Ohio fingerprinting process required; candidates must complete fingerprinting promptly upon contract signing.
- RTO (Request Time Off) required and must be built into the contract.
- Candidates should have references from a manager or supervisor; former employees may reapply after 6 months of absence.
- Travel compliance deadline is strictly on Tuesday prior to start date; only one submission per candidate.
