Key Responsibilities

• Provide emergency nursing care in a fast-paced trauma and treatment environment with 82 treatment spaces.
• Administer moderate sedation, perform trauma procedures, splints, and traction as needed.
• Collaborate with a team to manage a variety of emergency cases, ensuring quality patient care.
• Chart patient information accurately using Cerner electronic medical records.
• Support float assignments within areas of acuity to meet department needs.

Required Qualifications

• Valid DE or Compact RN license with license number and expiration date.
• Full SSN, date of birth, and current address.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in emergency nursing.
• Ability to work night shifts and provide care for diverse patient populations.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with moderate sedation, trauma care, and splints/tractions.
• Strong charting skills in Cerner EMR system.
• Ability to work in a high-volume emergency department with multiple patient care protocols.
