- Full-time, days shift, 5 days per week, 8-hour shifts
Key Responsibilities
- Provide skilled physical therapy services to patients in various settings
- Assess patients' physical conditions and develop treatment plans
- Monitor and evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment as needed
- Educate patients and caregivers on rehabilitation exercises and prevention strategies
- Document patient treatments and progress accurately in medical records
Required Qualifications
- Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist
- Experience providing outpatient or inpatient therapy preferred
- Strong communication and patient-care skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience in a hospital, clinic, or rehabilitation facility
- Knowledge of current physical therapy techniques and modalities
