• Registered Nurse - IMC/PCU/Stepdown
Location
• Aurora, CO
Schedule / Job Type
• Full-time, travel assignment, 13-week duration, night shifts (7:00 PM - 7:00 AM), onsite
Key Responsibilities
• Provide skilled nursing care to patients in an Intensive Medical Care / Progressive Care / Stepdown unit.
• Administer medications, treatments, and monitor patient vitals according to physician orders.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Assist with procedures such as cardiac monitoring and chemotherapy (if certified).
• Float across inpatient Medical, Telemetry, and Rehab units as needed, demonstrating flexibility.
• Document patient information accurately in the Electronic Medical Record (Meditech).
Required Qualifications
• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification.
• ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) certification.
• Minimum of 2 years of Telemetry experience.
• Ability to work nights and adapt to various inpatient settings.
Preferred Experience / Skills
• Certification or experience in Chemotherapy administration.
• Demonstrated flexibility and team-oriented attitude.
• Compassionate approach to patient care and willingness to float between units.
